Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for our products as they are produced based on custom requests. Each item we create is tailored to meet your specific requirements, making them unique to your needs. Therefore, all sales are considered final.

Defective or Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to ensure the quality and integrity of our products, there may be rare instances where a product arrives defective or damaged due to unforeseen circumstances during shipping. In such cases:

  • Please inspect the packaging of the goods upon receipt. If you notice any damaged packaging, take clear photographs immediately. Inspect the items within the packaging to ensure there are no damaged or compromised products.
  • If you identify any issues or discrepancies, please document them promptly.
  • Report any damaged packaging or items to the carrier and contact us without delay. Your prompt notification is crucial to initiating a resolution swiftly.

Replenishment and Repair

For items deemed defective or damaged, we offer the following solutions:

  • Replenishment: We will send you replacement items promptly to ensure you receive the products you ordered in pristine condition.
  • Repair: If feasible, we may provide repair instructions or guidance to address minor issues with your products.

Note: Please submit the request within 48 hours after the goods are signed / delivered. Our company will bare all the cost for any request of replenishment or missing items. If the request is submitted after 48 hours of the date of delivery, the client should bare both the product costs and shipping costs. 


All of our products are covered by a 1-year factory warranty. If you encounter any issues or require after-sales support during this period, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Our team will be happy to assist you with warranty-related inquiries. 

Please notice that we offer free after-sales service but if there are replenishment, missing items or accessories required to be shipped during this period, the client should bare both the products and shipping costs.
